Status, changes, cancellation

Track your order at any time. For a change, a cancellation or a new delivery address, please write to us with your order number.
Exchanges and refunds
Returns and exchanges
Each order includes one complimentary exchange, and returns are available on eligible US orders. Please write to us within 14 days of delivery with your order number, and we will send a prepaid, insured label.
Claims and care
Warranty and repair
Please tell us when and how the issue occurred and add photographs of the full piece and the affected area. Our studio will assess your piece and guide you from there.
