Based on your request, we'll guide you down one of two paths:

Fully Custom Commission
For one-of-a-kind designs created from scratch, we require a non-refundable design retainer to initiate the creative process. The retainer amount is determined based on the scope and complexity of your piece and will be communicated to you before we begin. This retainer is applied toward your final investment.

Minor Modifications
If you're using one of our existing designs as a base and simply need small adjustments—like a personalized inscription, sizing change, or subtle refinement—we collect full payment upfront and move directly into production for a streamlined experience.

Once your retainer is received, the creative journey begins. We'll craft an initial design mockup that captures your vision, giving you a first look at the aesthetic direction before we refine the details.

This phase is a collaboration. We include two complimentary revisions to perfect your concept. Additional revisions are available for a fee, payable before we proceed.

Once the design feels right, we'll provide final pricing based on your confirmed specifications. Keep in mind that adjustments during this phase may affect the investment—and simplifying a design doesn't always reduce the cost, as every iteration involves artistry and care.

Once you approve your design and accept final pricing, the remaining balance is due in full before we continue.

From there, we prepare a technical design mockup outlining the precise details of your piece—exact dimensions, materials, stone placements, and any engravings or personalization.

This is your final moment to review every detail before we begin bringing your piece to life. Please confirm all specifications carefully—especially sizing and inscriptions—as we cannot be held responsible for errors in the information provided.

Once approved, production begins immediately and no further modifications can be made.

This is where the magic happens. Our artisans meticulously handcraft your piece with the care, precision, and attention to detail it deserves. Production typically takes 3-4 weeks, and we'll keep you informed along the way.

Due to the bespoke nature of custom work, fluctuations in gold or material prices may occur during your timeline. If any adjustments are needed, we'll share a revised quote before proceeding—you'll always have the choice to move forward or step back (subject to forfeiture of retainer and payments made).

• Your design retainer is non-refundable—it allows us to dedicate focused time, creativity, and resources to your piece from day one
• All custom commissions are final sale—your piece is designed and crafted exclusively for you, which means we're unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds
• Post-production changes are not possible—if you envision something different after delivery, we'd be honored to begin a new commission with you
• Quotes are valid for 14 days—pricing may be revised thereafter based on current material costs
• Communication is key—delays or unresponsiveness may result in pricing adjustments or order cancellation with forfeiture of payments
• All approvals must be confirmed in writing (email is perfect)
