Pricing and Price Adjustments

Loose Diamonds Price Match Guarantee

Modern Mangal offers a Price Match Guarantee on loose diamonds. This guarantee is available only before your purchase and applies to identical diamonds (same carat weight, cut, color, clarity, and shape) available from certified retailers. The competing price must be visible to the public and verifiable at the time of the price match request. Price Match requests must be made by providing a link to the competitor's offering via email to our customer service.

The following exclusions apply:

• Auction sites and pawn shops are not eligible for price matching.

• Promotional discounts such as rebates, gift certificates, and "buy one, get one" offers from competitors are not eligible.

• The guarantee does not apply to pricing errors or clearance sales.

• Price matching cannot be combined with any other offers, such as discounts from influencer or affiliate partners.

Payment Information

• Modern Mangal accepts payments via PayPal, credit card, and bank wire transfers for orders above $500.00. During the checkout process, you will be prompted to enter your payment details. By submitting your order, you authorize Modern Mangal and our payment processors to charge the total amount of your order to the payment method you selected.

Account Responsibility

Diamond Certificates

When purchasing loose diamonds, each diamond above 0.5 carats will be accompanied by a diamond grading report. This report must be returned with any diamond return. Failure to include the diamond certificate will result in a charge to cover the replacement of the certificate.
