Modern Mangal Connective Collective Terms and Conditions
Introduction
Welcome to the Modern Mangal Connection Collective Program (the "Program"). By applying to or participating in the Program, you ("Participant") agree to adhere to and be bound by the following terms and conditions (the "Terms"). These Terms govern your participation in the Program, including the use of referral benefits, the conditions for earning rewards, and the responsibilities of each party involved.
Eligibility and Application Process
Eligibility Requirements
The Program is open to businesses, professionals, and influencers who align with the values and brand identity of Modern Mangal. This includes, but is not limited to, wedding planners, bridal attire shops, DJs, and other professionals whose services complement the Modern Mangal brand.
Application Process
To join the Program, you must complete and submit the Modern Mangal Connection Collective application form. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the Program. Modern Mangal reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion and without the obligation to provide a reason.
Program Benefits
Custom Referral Code
Upon acceptance into the Program, you will receive a unique referral code ("Referral Code") that you can share with your network, including friends, family, clients, social media followers, or any other potential customers who may appreciate Modern Mangal’s offerings. The Referral Code is intended for promotional use only and may not be used for personal purchases by the Participant.
Referral Rewards
For every verified purchase made by a customer using your Referral Code, you will earn a reward of $50 USD ("Referral Reward"). Modern Mangal will track all purchases associated with your Referral Code and provide regular updates on your earnings.
Exclusive Community Access
As a member of the Modern Mangal Connection Collective, you will gain access to an exclusive community of like-minded professionals and influencers. This community serves as a platform for exchanging ideas, exploring collaborative opportunities, and expanding your professional network.
Mutual Referral Option
Participants interested in a two-way referral partnership may express their interest in a mutual referral arrangement. In such cases, Modern Mangal may refer its customers to your business or services, thereby expanding both networks and fostering mutually beneficial relationships. Mutual referrals are subject to approval by Modern Mangal and may require additional agreements or terms.
Referral Code Usage and Content Guidelines
Permissible Use
The Referral Code must be used in a manner consistent with Modern Mangal’s brand values, including professionalism, integrity, and respect for all individuals. You may distribute your Referral Code through various channels, including but not limited to social media, email, word-of-mouth, and other marketing efforts.
Content Standards
All promotional content created and shared by Participants in connection with the Program must:
- Accurately represent Modern Mangal products and services.
- Reflect positively on the Modern Mangal brand, avoiding any content that could be construed as defamatory, libelous, or otherwise harmful to Modern Mangal's reputation.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to advertising and endorsements.
- Not contain any false, misleading, or deceptive claims about Modern Mangal’s products or services.
- Avoid any content that is sexually explicit, obscene, or inappropriate, or that promotes hatred, violence, or discrimination.
Modern Mangal reserves the right to request the removal of any content that violates these standards or that it deems harmful to its brand.
Mutual Referral Arrangements
Participation in Mutual Referrals
Participants interested in mutual referral arrangements must notify Modern Mangal of their interest. Any mutual referral partnership will be subject to Modern Mangal's approval and may require the Participant to enter into additional agreements or adhere to specific terms.
Referral Obligations
In a mutual referral arrangement, both parties agree to refer customers to each other’s business in a manner that is ethical, professional, and in line with the brand values of both parties. Modern Mangal and the Participant shall collaborate to establish clear guidelines and expectations for mutual referrals.
Termination of Mutual Referrals
Either party may terminate a mutual referral arrangement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, neither party shall be obligated to provide further referrals, and any pending referrals shall be addressed in accordance with the terms established in the mutual referral agreement.
Intellectual Property Rights
License Grant
By participating in the Program, you grant Modern Mangal a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and create derivative works from any content you create in connection with the Program. This license extends to all forms of media, whether now known or hereafter devised, including but not limited to social media, websites, advertisements, and print materials.
Trademark Use
You are permitted to use the Modern Mangal name, logo, and trademarks ("Trademarks") solely for the purpose of promoting Modern Mangal products in connection with the Program. You agree not to modify the Trademarks in any way and to use them only in a manner that reflects positively on Modern Mangal. Unauthorized or improper use of the Trademarks is strictly prohibited.
Commission Payment Terms
Payout Schedule
Referral Rewards will be paid out quarterly. Payments will be processed within 30 days following the end of each calendar quarter. Modern Mangal will provide you with a statement of your earnings at the end of each quarter.
Payment Options
Participants may choose to redeem their earnings either as cash payments or as credits toward future Modern Mangal purchases. It is the responsibility of the Participant to notify Modern Mangal of their preferred payment option.
Payment Conditions
To receive payments, you must ensure that your payment information is accurate and up-to-date. Modern Mangal is not responsible for any delays or failures in payment due to incorrect or outdated payment information.
Forfeiture of Rewards
Modern Mangal reserves the right to withhold or forfeit any unpaid Referral Rewards if a Participant is found to have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct deemed harmful to Modern Mangal’s reputation.
Confidentiality
Participants may gain access to confidential information about Modern Mangal’s business operations, products, marketing strategies, or other proprietary information. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of such information and not to disclose it to any third party without prior written consent from Modern Mangal.
Program Termination and Removal

Modern Mangal reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause. Grounds for termination may include, but are not limited to, failure to comply with these Terms, misuse of the Referral Code, or conduct deemed harmful to Modern Mangal’s brand.
Voluntary Withdrawal
You may withdraw from the Program at any time by providing written notice to Modern Mangal. Upon withdrawal, you will no longer be eligible to receive Referral Rewards or other benefits associated with the Program.
Indemnification and Liability
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Modern Mangal, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your participation in the Program, including any breach of these Terms or any applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Modern Mangal be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your participation in the Program, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Modern Mangal's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Program shall not exceed the total amount of Referral Rewards paid to you under the Program.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Program shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in New York, and the language of the arbitration shall be English.
Modifications to the Terms
Modern Mangal reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you, and continued participation in the Program following such notification will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Modern Mangal with respect to the Program and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the Program.
By applying to and participating in the Modern Mangal Connection Collective Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
