Modern Mangal Muse Program Terms and Conditions
Introduction
Welcome to the Modern Mangal Muse Program (the "Program"). By applying to or participating in the Program, you ("Participant") agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (the "Terms"). These Terms govern your participation in the Program, including the use of the benefits provided to you and the obligations you must fulfill as a Participant.
Eligibility and Application Process

Application Process
To be considered for the Program, you must complete and submit the Modern Mangal Muse Program application form. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the Program. Modern Mangal reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion and without providing reasons for its decision.
Program Benefits
Initial Discount
Upon acceptance into the Program, you will receive a one-time 45% discount code applicable to your first purchase of a Modern Mangal piece. This code is non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.
Promotional Code
You will be provided with a unique promotional code ("Promo Code") to share with your audience, offering them a [insert percentage, e.g., 10%] discount on their purchases from Modern Mangal. This Promo Code is exclusively for use by your audience and may not be used by you or any other Participant for personal purchases.
Commission Structure
You will earn a $50 commission for each verified purchase made using your Promo Code. Modern Mangal will track all purchases associated with your Promo Code and provide you with regular updates on your earnings.
Content Creation and Posting Requirements
Content Creation
You are required to create and share content that prominently features the Modern Mangal products you have purchased or received. This content must align with Modern Mangal's brand values, including but not limited to innovation, tradition, craftsmanship, and transparency.
Posting Frequency
To maintain your status as a Participant, you must publish content featuring Modern Mangal products at least once per month on your primary social media platform(s). Content must include the Promo Code provided to you and must be accessible to the general public (i.e., not restricted by privacy settings).
Content Standards
All content must be original, authentic, and not misleading. You agree not to create or share any content that:
- Is defamatory, libelous, or slanderous with respect to Modern Mangal or any of its products, services, employees, or affiliates.
- Contains false or misleading representations about Modern Mangal products or services.
- Promotes hatred, violence, or any form of discrimination.
- Is sexually explicit, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate.
- Violates any intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of third parties.
Modern Mangal reserves the right to request the removal of any content that it deems, in its sole discretion, to violate these standards or to be detrimental to its brand.
Intellectual Property Rights
License Grant
By participating in the Program, you grant Modern Mangal a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and create derivative works from any content you create in connection with the Program. This license extends to all forms of media, whether now known or hereafter devised, including but not limited to social media, websites, advertisements, and print materials.
Trademark Use
You are permitted to use the Modern Mangal name, logo, and trademarks ("Trademarks") solely for the purpose of promoting Modern Mangal products in connection with the Program. You agree not to modify the Trademarks in any way and to use them only in a manner that reflects positively on Modern Mangal. Unauthorized or improper use of the Trademarks is strictly prohibited.
Commission Payment Terms
Payout Schedule
Commissions earned through the Program will be paid out quarterly. Payments will be processed within 30 days following the end of each calendar quarter. Modern Mangal will provide you with a statement of your earnings at the end of each quarter.
Payment Conditions
To receive payments, you must ensure that your payment information is accurate and up-to-date. Modern Mangal is not responsible for any delays or failures in payment due to incorrect or outdated payment information.
Forfeiture of Commissions
If you fail to meet the content creation and posting requirements outlined in the Content Creation section, Modern Mangal reserves the right to withhold or forfeit any unpaid commissions. Additionally, if your participation in the Program is terminated, any unpaid commissions may be forfeited at Modern Mangal's sole discretion.
Confidentiality
As a Participant, you may receive confidential information about Modern Mangal's products, marketing strategies, or other proprietary information. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of this information and not to disclose it to any third party without prior written consent from Modern Mangal.
Program Termination and Removal
Termination by Modern Mangal
Modern Mangal reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to, failure to meet content creation requirements, violation of these Terms, or conduct deemed harmful to Modern Mangal's reputation.
Voluntary Withdrawal
You may withdraw from the Program at any time by providing written notice to Modern Mangal. Upon withdrawal, you will no longer be eligible to receive commissions or other benefits associated with the Program.
Indemnification and Liability
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Modern Mangal, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your participation in the Program, including any breach of these Terms or any applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Modern Mangal be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your participation in the Program, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Modern Mangal's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Program shall not exceed the total amount of commissions paid to you under the Program.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Program shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in New York, and the language of the arbitration shall be English.
Modifications to the Terms
Modern Mangal reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you, and continued participation in the Program following such notification will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Modern Mangal with respect to the Program and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the Program.
By applying to and participating in the Modern Mangal Muse Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
